Hidden away in the small side streets of 29780 Plouhinec, our new holiday home of approximately 150 m² offers generous space and a sea view. Open the large doors to the spacious garden, and you’ll feel like you’re in a little paradise. Children and dogs can run around freely. Inside, a large hallway leads to a spacious, light-filled living room with Scandinavian-Breton décor. The large dining table next to the fireplace invites you to cozy meals and game nights. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking, even on holiday—perfect for days when you prefer to stay in, though the many excellent restaurants on the Cap Sizun are highly recommended.
On the ground floor, you'll find the so-called Chambre Parentale (master bedroom) with its own en-suite bathroom. This room is also ideal for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. Parking is conveniently available right in front of the house.
A beautiful, bright wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find a cozy reading corner—perfect for escaping when it gets too lively downstairs. Two bedrooms with access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun, are fully furnished with double beds, built-in wardrobes, and a small workspace. The spacious bathroom features a wide shower, WC, double sink, heated towel rack, and storage units, making it comfortable for the whole family to use together.
The spacious garage provides plenty of room for bicycles (two are available for use), as well as all garden furniture, parasols, and much more. From here, you can enter the kitchen directly, as well as a small utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and heating system for the heat pump and underfloor heating on the ground floor.
Anyone who feels like it is welcome to use the boules court just behind the fence. The neighbors sometimes meet there as well.
One dog is allowed in the house; additional dogs only upon request.
Important for colder or rainy days: the house has a fast, home-office-compatible fiber optic network. The smart TV offers German channels, and you can also connect to your own streaming services.

Why Grande Baleine – big whale?
Don’t worry, there are no whales here! But in the garden, we have a large piece of driftwood that, from the right angle, looks like a whale… or sometimes like a duck or a sleeping camel.

Check-in and check-out times
Cancellation policy
Guests receive a full refund if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking or payment of the deposit. If the cancellation is made up to 43 days before check-in, the deposit will be retained. If the cancellation is made between 42 and 0 days before check-in, the full rental price will be retained. The security deposit, tourist tax, and cleaning fee will be refunded. This clause does not apply if a replacement guest is found.
Location
Only about two kilometers away as the crow flies, the Atlantic Ocean roars—sometimes gently in the background, sometimes powerfully and present. The nearby beaches can be reached on foot, by bike, or easily by car. Whether it's Kersiny, Mesperleuc, Gwendrez, or one of the many other beaches along the coast, everyone will find their own favorite spot here. Perfect for relaxing on the warm sand, surfing, sailing, stand-up paddling, or simply marveling as the sun sets over the sea.
